How to Subscribe To the Production Calendar

Follow these simple steps to add the Production Calendar to your device. Once subscribed, your calendar will automatically notify you at the start of each Deadline Week. You can save it to iCloud or Google, so you’ll receive alerts on all your devices.

Steps for Apple Devices

Apple Calendar Instructions

  • Copy this URL:

  1. Open your Calendar Application

  2. Go to "File" → "New Calendar Subscription"

  3. Past the URL into the space provided & Click Subscribe

  4. Change settings as needed or keep it as is. Click “OK”

  5. Wait for the calendar to load

Steps for Android & Google Devices

Google Calendar Instructions

  • Click this button:

  1. At the bottom left hand corner of the calendar screen → Click "Add to Google Calendar"

  2. In the popup Click the "Add" button

  3. Navigate to the next month and wait for the calendar to load

  4. To add alerts go to the left-hand side bar and click the three dots, then click "Settings"

  5. Scroll down to the "Event notifications" section and edit your notifications to suit your schedule. We recommend setting the notifications to "0 minutes" before event, that way you'll be alerted on Monday morning at 9am on the first day of Deadline Week.

And Voila! You now have all of the info about each magazine edition for the whole year and will be automatically updated if there are any changes. You never have to worry about missing out on your advertising.
